-We rent to families over age of 25(kids are fine) as 70% of the building has permanent residents or used as second homes.
-High speed internet access is available throughout the building. -Check in is after 2:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM
-Please confirm booking with a phone call or email.
-Remit 50% of rent in the next 7 days and the balance by 30 days prior to your stay.
-7 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are included in our rates.
-Linens and towels are available through our cleaning service for $100 per visit.
-No smoking in Condo and Condo grounds
-NO PETS
-NO MOTORCYCLES in the parking area around the building, we have a large lot across the street that's fine for a bike, boat, etc..
-No large SUV and trucks in garage under the building, HOA RULE.
